Every IRIS-certified company should have at least one IRIS coach who has the highest level of competence and is able to guide others. The seminar trains and motivates participants in this area.

Objective
Participants should be empowered,
- certification companies to be a competent contractual and contact partner,
- successfully manage and train the internal auditors in your company,
- check business documents (flow charts, process instructions, etc.) for compliance with the IRIS standard, and
- to be the first point of contact for the IRIS certification system in all other technical matters for process owners and all other colleagues.

- Notes on the IRIS Certification Performance Assessment: 2023
- Dealing with “guiding” and “remote functions” as well as “site extensions”, development of certification strategies to optimize the internal certification effort as well as the external certification costs
- Review of certification contracts and their quotation calculation
- Auditor management, auditor evaluation
- Workshops to exchange and discuss best practices from the rail industry
